Unique to expressive arts modalities are the inherent  non-verbal capacities  to unleash hidden-blocks, release suppressed potential, ignite meaningful avenues for problem solving, and provide a framework to direct new energy into the formulation of previously unrealized creative solutions/re-solutions.

The WORKSHOPS are process oriented in approach.  Process oriented activities place a primary focus on the, " unfolding creative experiences," that may lead to a finished product.  With, "process emphasis", the product is charged with personal meaning.

      The ACTIVE MEDITATION PROCESS offers participants the opportunity to simultaneously tap into the specialized capacities of problem solving genius residing in both, right (global) and left (linear), hemispheric brain approaches.  The process itself can be likened to an inner dance ...a dialog between our two inner worlds of  imagery and speech. 

     ACTIVE MEDITATION ART MAKING, directs a merging of our night language of symbolic forms  into a concrete reality of pencil, paint, paper, canvas, clay or stone,  allowing for  conscious exploration of these images and their insights. Through our day  language of speech evolves the resulting synthesis of integral INNER KNOWING.  Alignment with INNER KNOWING is un-shake-able,..it anchors us in our own personal truth.  Once assimilated,  an unstoppable resource of wisdom and guidance is unleashed. 

      It is from these inner directives that we set our course of action.  Inspiration flows, stimulating the synthesis needed to envision the resources we will need along the way.  From the INNER KNOWER there comes the recognition that we are not alone. The ego self and the essential Self come face to face. This felt sense of interconnectedness brings with it the understanding and recognition of our higher calling to embrace our co creative role with the universe. The doors of our path swing open...to synchronistic opportunities.
